ABOUT

Logan is a folk rock indie artist from the lonely mountain town of Canmore Alberta. She is rumored to have spent some of her early years living in a pack of wolves that roamed the snow-capped peaks that circle Canmore. There she learned animalistic harmonies and choruses that chill the human spine and rouse a spirit of the wild.

She took her howls and started strumming and humming with a band called the Eerie Green, who opened up for acts such as Zeus and Classified . Logan ended up taking a different path from the band and took a break to start focusing on her own growth as a musician. Before she got up and moved provinces, she had solo shows opening up for Scenic Route to Alaska, Boogie patrol and Kim Churchill. Logan moved to Tofino BC to be a surf bum in the cold waters of the pacific and to finish writing songs for her upcoming solo EP. There her and her producer, Nathan Turner, started creating demos in a make shift studio in the back of a tin roofed trailer.  The run down shack added to the sincerity and depth of Logan’s words and they morphed into something bone chilling and beautiful. The sounds they created are those of a lonely wanderer of the trees who has nothing but a guitar and her voice to keep her wandering.

Why should we trust this little nerf herder you ask? Well because it will be awesome. Logan will be recording at Monarch, one of the top studios in Vancouver with help of Producer and Engineer Nathan Turner. The outcome will be a solo EP that will hopefully melt your face off.
